1. Order and delivery
Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 5-10 working days.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process or due to busy times during our sales. You can check the status of your order via the following link: CLICK HERE.

If you have not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

Question: I am missing some products from my order, how is that possible?
Answer: Because we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We will pay the shipping costs of your order. So you will not pay anything extra for the shipping of your products.



2. Exchanges and returns
Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and provided with labels and tags. The product may not contain any signs of use. A return shipment must always be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. Once we have received the items you have returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 14 days.

Question: What should I do if my order arrived damaged or defective?
Answer: If your order is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.


3. Track and Trace
Question: Where can I find my Track and Trace code?
Answer: After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number (check your spam box). This allows you to track the status of your order via our website.

Question: The Track and Trace code does not provide any information, how is this possible?
Answer: From the moment your package has arrived at the mail order company, the Track and Trace information is available. Please note that there may be some delay.
